My father has a 9.9 GF (which I beleive is the same head as the 15) which is made by Chrysler/force. Checked the lower unit for water this evening,after leaving it in the barrel overnight,and,yesterday's testing and decarb. Lower unit is water free,gunk in barrel all from the decarb.

I am learning repair as I go and worked with my Dad to try to diagnose this issue.
