Check and see if the weight in the rubber liner is properly seated, if it is you should be able to feel it if you press up into the center of the liner while it's upside down. Mine was not and it caused my LR to constantly get stuck upside down, the weight was sliding around in the back of the dome as it rotated.Support request submitted. Hello, I have the litter robot 3, I’ve had it since maybe September and haven’t had many issues with it (other than it getting stuck mid cycle Sometimes but it fixes itself once I hit reset).
