Oh my gosh I'm having the same problem and it's such a pain in the ass. I spent hours on call with tech support the other day and they told me they can't do anything unless I get more than 3 bars of service. I live in an isolated area and up until the Verizon switch 2 bars worked fine. I even did a factory reset on my device and it didn't work.
